Accessibility
Potato Mart Wholesale wants people to be able to browse the catalogue, apply for trade access, and use approved account services regardless of how they access the web. Accessibility is ongoing work.
English is the controlling legal version.
We aspire to align the storefront with WCAG 2.2 Level AA so content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. This is an ongoing goal that guides our work, not a certification or guarantee of full compliance.
Public browsing, account, menu, language, form, ordering, and support flows are intended to be reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a logical focus order and no keyboard trap.
Pages use semantic landmarks, ordered headings, accessible names, labels, alternative text, and status messages so screen readers and other assistive technology can understand the interface.
Forms are designed with visible labels, instructions where needed, clear validation messages, and a way to identify and correct information that needs attention.
We aim for adequate colour contrast, visible focus states, readable text, and layouts that adapt across common mobile, tablet, desktop, zoom, and text-size settings without relying on colour alone.
We limit non-essential animation and aim to respect reduced-motion preferences where motion is used. Controls are provided where moving content needs user operation.
Meaningful images should include useful alternative text, decorative images should be ignored by assistive technology, and important information should not be available only inside an image.
Accessibility is considered during design, development, content updates, and testing. We use feedback and issue reports to prioritise practical improvements.
If you find an accessibility barrier, tell us the page or task, device, browser, assistive technology, and what happened. Please do not include passwords or payment details.
